        驗(yàn)廠需要了解的社會責(zé)任審核結(jié)果評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：
        The on-site audit result is determined by the severity and number of findings. Please refer to below table.
        現(xiàn)場審核結(jié)果對照下表依實(shí)際發(fā)現(xiàn)的不符合項(xiàng)的數(shù)量及嚴(yán)重程度得出該次審核結(jié)果的評級。

        ● Level A：Prefect   
        The factory has fully fulfilled Factory inspection corporate social responsibility requirements, and a few findings need to be improved.
        該工廠完全履行了驗(yàn)廠公司的企業(yè)社會責(zé)任要求，存在少量的需要改進(jìn)的地方；
        ● Level B：Good
        The factory has well fulfilled Factory inspection corporate social responsibility requirements, and a number of findings need to be improved.
        該工廠良好的履行了驗(yàn)廠公司的企業(yè)社會責(zé)任要求，存在一定數(shù)量的需要改進(jìn)的地方；
        ●  Level C：Passed   
        The factory has basically fulfilled Factory inspection corporate social responsibility requirements, and a number of important findings need to be corrected. The audit result is passed.
        該工廠基本履行了驗(yàn)廠公司的企業(yè)社會責(zé)任要求，存在比較多的需要整改的地方，結(jié)果為通過；
        ● Level D：Pending
        The factory has meet some of Factory inspection corporate social responsibility requirements, but not enough. A lot of important findings should be corrected. Following audit result depends on whether the factory can complete the corrective action in time.
        該工廠履行了一些驗(yàn)廠公司的企業(yè)社會責(zé)任要求，但不足夠，存在大量必須整改的地方；未來工廠是否能通過驗(yàn)廠公司的進(jìn)一步審核處決于該工廠能否及時完成整改；
        ● Level E：Failed
        The factory may meet few of corporate social responsibility requirements, but Factory inspection corporate social responsibility requirements are not meet.
        該工廠可能履行了一些企業(yè)社會責(zé)任要求，但無法滿足驗(yàn)廠公司的企業(yè)社會責(zé)任要求。
        Remark說明：
        1、Critical finding     The corrective action plan should be submit to CSW within 5 days, and all findings should be corrected within 90 days.  所有極嚴(yán)重項(xiàng)必須5天內(nèi)回復(fù)整改計劃及措施，90天內(nèi)完成整改.
        2、Major finding     The corrective action plan should be submit to CSW within 10 days, and all findings should be corrected within 60 days.所有嚴(yán)重項(xiàng)必須10天回復(fù)整改計劃，60天內(nèi)完成整改.
        3、Minor finding     The corrective action plan should be submit to CSW within 15 days, and all findings should be corrected within 30 days.所有輕微項(xiàng)必須15內(nèi)回復(fù)整改計劃，30天內(nèi)完成整改.
